[Auction Lot: Haraz/04] Sheba Code: HZ/1HD/01 Cupping Score: 89.5 Single Farmer Lot
Cupping Notes/Profile: This coffee has a high flavour intensity and a positive sweetness and structure to support. Flavours of dried dates, cherry and grapefruit combine with dark molasses notes and sweet brown spice, giving the coffee an almost cherry cola-like quality. It improves as it cools with complex supporting acidity and a viscous syrupy mouthfeel.
